On a night when she claimed to have been gang-raped by Diddy and two other men, one of the alleged victims was caught in a photograph sitting on the music mogul's lap.

As referred to in the lawsuit filed this week, Jane Doe appeared in images obtained by Radar Online with her then-teenage self perched atop Diddy inside his New York City recording studio.

Even more bizarrely, Diddy had his hands raised, forming a frame around his face, which, at that time, contained an expression of surprise.

Another Diddy Lawsuit

At the time of the alleged assault, Jane Doe was a high school student in 11th grade.

An accompanying picture to her lawsuit showed her proudly displaying two large letters - "P" and "D" - which hung on the wall of the recording studio. Another photo featured her inside a booth, capturing her within the studio's walls.

Douglas H. Wigdor, the founding partner of Wigdor LLP who is representing Jane Doe in her suit, highlighted that his client has one thing that differentiates her from the other accusers of Diddy: photos taken on the night in question.

The lawsuit made it clear that Jane had evidence of her encounter with Diddy the night in question, indicating that she was present in his studio in New York City at only 17 years old.

Rather than being a case of forgotten memories after many years have passed, Jane can provide "tangible proof" of what transpired on that fateful evening.

According to the outlet, Diddy was charged with multiple counts of rape and the distribution of illicit drugs in regards to a young female that had been brought across state lines against her will.

Jane Doe claimed she was at a lounge in Detroit, where she met former Bad Boy president Harve Pierre and a third unknown individual.

During their conversation, the record label executive casually mentioned his "best friend" Diddy, later revealed as the Harve.

Following this, Jane was allegedly convinced by Diddy to board a private jet with two men from Detroit to New York City for his studio.

More Allegations

Furthermore, this isn't the first time Diddy has been accused of sexually assaulting another woman in a separate lawsuit.

The lawsuit went on to reveal that before their departure, Harve had allegedly indulged in crack cocaine in the bathroom of the lounge and had also coerced Jane into performing oral sex on him.

At Diddy's studio, Jane claimed that she was forced to consume "copious amounts of drugs and alcohol" until her state of mind had become very impaired.

Allegedly, Jane was then subjected to rape by none other than Diddy, followed by the Third Assailant, and finally Harve in succession.

In response to the allegations, Diddy staunchly denied any wrongdoing and suggested that the four women who made claims against him - his ex-girlfriend Cassie - were merely looking for monetary compensation. After he responded, a lawsuit was subsequently filed.
