Tommy Lee has been named in a bombshell lawsuit after the rocker allegedly sexually assaulted a woman two decades ago.

The new lawsuit, shared by TMZ, claimed that Lee groped, kissed and penetrated a woman against her will while they were in a helicopter with the musician and another man in February 2023.

The accuser, who was reportedly friends with the chopper's pilot, received an invitation on a tour of San Diego County. A change of plan happened, leaving her with the Motley Crue member and another man as they traveled to Los Angeles.

The woman alleged in her lawsuit that she felt pressured to go without her pal. She added that Lee and the pilot started drinking alcohol, smoking weed, and consuming cocaine while they were traveling.

While on air, she was allegedly forced to sit on Lee's lap before the musician immediately started groping and kissing her against her will. She detailed in the filing how Lee penetrated her and forced her face toward his private part.

After arriving in Los Angeles, Lee reportedly hugged her before she and the pilot jetted back to San Diego.

The alleged victim declared she had suffered different mental health issues after the experience, including anxiety, depression and PTSD, among others. She demands an undisclosed amount of damages from Lee through the lawsuit.

The musician has yet to respond to the allegations.

Tommy Lee Is No Longer a Stranger to Legal Run-Ins

It was not the first time Lee had a problem with the law.

In December 1997, Lee and Nikki Sixx were arrested after causing a scene during a concert. They reportedly invited fans to come to the stage, but when a security guard tried to stop them, they reportedly started kicking and punching the staff.

Lee was arrested in February 1998 again for felony spousal abuse after kicking his then-wife, Pamela Anderson, while she was holding their baby. The legal issue led him to quit the band in April 1999.

Only a few months later, he turned himself in after getting involved in an incident in North Carolina. He received a suspended jail sentence and was demanded to pay a small fine and undergo unsupervised probation.
