Despite Madonna's infamous tendency to commence her performances three hours past the scheduled time, insiders reveal that the Queen of Pop exhibits a tyrannical demeanor towards individuals who display delay in their actions.

The renowned 65-year-old singer has recently implemented a strict policy to promote punctuality and efficiency among her crew.

According to sources who spoke to the National Enquirer, the iconic "Material Girl" hitmaker has grown increasingly frustrated with crew members arriving late to work, leading her to initiate a penalty system.

Madonna's Strict Rules

Madonna has reportedly established a strict backstage policy that imposes a substantial $100 penalty on crew members and dancers for any instance of delay. It is evident that she maintains a well-disciplined environment and certainly does not hesitate to enforce it.

In response to allegations that the pop star is imposing hefty fines on her crew and dancers, a representative for the singer has clarified, stating, "Our crew and dancers consistently prioritize punctuality."

Madonna's team faces uncertainty regarding the consequences of lateness, leaving fans wondering if there will be financial repercussions. Following a recent concert, attendees took a stand and demanded refunds when their concert experience with the "Like A Virgin" singer did not meet their expectations.

Radar Online previously reported eager fans had gathered to witness the start of the highly-anticipated North American leg of The Celebration Tour, only to be met with surprises.

Following the singer's hospitalization in June for a debilitating "serious bacterial infection," Madonna had to postpone her scheduled tour dates. However, when it came time for her first of three shows at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, ticket holders were met with an unexpected delay, leaving them waiting even longer.

Starting The Show Late

In the accounts of those present, Madonna reportedly caused frustration among her devoted supporters as she made them endure hours of waiting before finally gracing the stage at the late hour of 11 PM.

Disgruntled fans turned to the digital realm to express their discontent, lamenting the absurdity of the delayed commencement of the long-awaited tour.

A Brooklyn attendee exclaimed, "I demand an immediate refund!" Meanwhile, another described the atmosphere within the confines of the Barclays Center, noting, "The entire arena resounded with unfiltered criticism of her delay. The performance was outstanding, but it dragged on far too late."

In contrast to other famous artists known to start their concerts late, one individual compared Madonna and other chart-topping superstars who recently went on tour.

Expressing frustration, the ticket holder stated, "I will not waste my money seeing her. It annoys me when artists show up late. Taylor Swift, for example, may prioritize her wealth, but she still values her fans' time and begins her performances punctually."
