She is, in fact, the child of Kanye West.
On TikTok on Wednesday, North West flaunted her new diamond grills as her father, Kanye West, unveiled his $850,000 titanium dentures.
North opened her lips with her fingers to show off the sparkling stones on two of her upper teeth and her lower teeth in the picture that was posted to her and her mother Kim Kardashian's Facebook account.
Ten-year-old North had four teeth completely covered in diamonds, and a couple more that were just partially coated in the stones.
The caption for the photo slideshow on the social networking platform read, "The things, my daughter makes on my phone ha ha," but she scrawled in blue over the image, writing, "Random."
Additional pictures showed North and her pals riding an ATV, playing basketball, and taking a "bad picture" of themselves on the beach.
It's unclear if North felt like acting "randomly," as she put it, or if she was motivated by her father's new mouthpiece.
The 46-year-old rapper of "All of the Lights" unveiled his new appearance on Wednesday, drawing comparisons between the eerie accessories and the metal-mouthed James Bond villain Jaws. Although it was first thought that West had had his natural teeth extracted, the cosmetic dentist who performed the procedure certified that West's chompers were still present.
"He did not have his teeth removed," Dr. Thomas Connelly told Complex. "He still has a full dentition. Healthy and happy."
Connelly, who completed West's appearance alongside cosmetic dentist Naoki Hayashi, clarified that the Yeezy designer was fitted with fixed prosthodontics, which are grills affixed to the teeth.
"Ye was a pleasure to work with every step of the process," Connelly gushed to the Daily Mail. "His vision for designing unique art transcends the dental progression.She is, in fact, the child of Kanye West.
During an episode of "The Ellen Degeneres Show" in 2010, he stated that he had his bottom teeth extracted and replaced with diamonds. "I just thought that diamonds were cooler. ... It's certain stuff that rock stars are supposed to do," he explained. But he acknowledged that in order to keep his choppers in good condition, he needed to go to the dentist often.
There are other members of West's family who also have a thing for shining teeth. In June of last year, Saint, his 8-year-old son, flaunted on social media the silver Louis Vuitton insignia adorning his teeth.
Kim Kardashian, his ex-wife, has also been seen sporting an opal and diamond grill in the past.
