Kanye West might finally be leaving his antisemitism in 2023 and heading toward 2024 with new-founded clarity.

West, who has since formally changed his name to Ye, has been reported to release a 40-minute apology video for his antisemitism remarks.

Kanye West 40-Minute Apology Video

TMZ reported that the 46-year-old rapper has assembled a team of cameramen to shoot a 40-minute apology video, talking directly to a camera for a large portion of the time.

The said report revealed that the controversial rapper "rambled" at time throughout the entire video. Sources say that it's "almost impossible" to understand what he was saying in the clip.

It was said to be released before he releases his new album with Ty Dolla Sign, "Vultures" on Feb. 9, 2023.

Last December 2023, West has since apologized to the Jewish community for his "unintended" antisemitic "outbursts."

"I sincerely apologize to the Jewish community for any unintended outburst caused by my words or actions, it was not my intention to hurt or disrespect, and I deeply regret any pain I may have caused," West said, as translated from Hebrew. "I am committed to starting with myself and learning from this experience to ensure greater sensitivity and understanding in the future."

As of this writing, it is not known what the content of Kanye West's 40-minute apology video is.

Kanye West Returns To Twitter

According to a Variety report in July 2023, Kanye West returned to the newly rebranded platform after he reportedly promised to do good again. The report said that the embattled rapper promised that he would refrain from posting antisemitic tweets and other hateful content.

Notably, Kanye West was banned on Twitter in December 2022 after he posted an image of a Nazi swastika inside the Star of David. Although the post has been deleted already, it amassed more backlash for the problematic artist.

He has since been targeting Jews in his public pronouncements in 2022, unleashing a nationwide fury against him and his beliefs.

At the time, Elon Musk, the new owner at the time suspended Kanye West's accounts, citing his move to tweet the infamous icon as "incitement to violence."

It seemed like West appealed his return to the platform as The Wall Street Journal reported that the platform received "reassurance that he wouldn't use the platform to share antisemitic or otherwise harmful language."
