    Christina Grimmie’s autopsy report has been released and according to records, the former contestant on "The Voice" died from “gunshot wounds of the head and chest." Grimmie was killed this past June during a meet-and-greet with her fans following a show in Orlando. The YouTube celebrity was brought to a local hospital and passed away shortly thereafter.
