    Janay Palmer has spent the last few months basically hiding out, not allowing the general public to have much more than a slight glimpse into her personal life, and who can blame her? After that now-infamous elevator surveillance video went public, showing her now-husband Ray Rice knocking her out with one punch, it was a real turning point in her life. Palmer chose quite quickly to stand by her husband and support him, even going so far as to lambaste the NFL for punishing Rice for his violent actions. It was pretty clear Palmer was taking the "stand by your man" approach to the whole scandal and, in doing so, she kept her silence for the most part. At least until NBC's "Today" managed to grab the first official interview with her. Make no mistake, it is actually Rice that NBC wants to hear from, and while he never signed on the dotted line with the network, he was there when Matt Lauer sat down with Palmer in the couple's Maryland home late last week. How much he actually said is still unknown, but Lauer appeared happy with the outcome of the chat.

Instead of realizing just how badly the first season of "True Tori" really was and that it was not helping her marriage, Spelling rallied for a second season. A few weeks ago, McDermott said he is finished ripping open his veins for the sake of reality television, but by the time he finally reached that conclusion it might have already been too late to salvage things.

Pioneer Girl: The Annotated Autobiography was actually written by Wilder long before she penned her classic Little House on the Prairie series, but she couldn't find anyone brave enough to publish it. Now Pamela Smith Hill, writer of Laura Ingalls Wilder: A Writer's Life, has edited the original manuscript and added in more true-to-life occurrences.

    The closer we get to E.L. James' "Fifty Shades of Grey" rolling into theaters, the more fans and critics alike seem to love speculation on whether or not it will actually work. Let's face it, trying to bring a series about BDSM to life onscreen with even an NC-17 rating is going to be a really tricky task. The film has to be raunchy or else it'll feel like a watered down version of the first book and that will leave the diehard fans wishing they didn't waste their money. At the same time, producers need to be careful that it's not so raunchy that is chases moviegoers away, so the line that everyone needs to walk is very fine.

    On Friday, Christy Mack came face to face with the man who allegedly intended to kill her last August. The former adult film star testified against Jonathan Koppenhaver, the former MMA fighter known as "War Machine" and kept her cool on the stand even while he smirked and laughed at her testimony. Mack described in detail how Koppenhaver broke into her Las Vegas home on Aug. 8 and went berserk when he found her with Corey Thomas. Mack suffered 18 broken bones, broken teeth and a ruptured liver before escaping while her ex allegedly went to the kitchen to get another knife.

He was the one who discovered Allemand in August 2013 after she hung herself and in a recent interview with Sports Illustrated, Alexander revealed that he is still grieving.

  • 'Love & Hip Hop Hollywood's' Masika Tucker Tries to Explain Away Yung Berg's Choking Her Out After Reunion Show Taping

    It has been a few weeks since the story first broke about a violent scuffle between "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" stars' Masika Kalysha Tucker and Yung Berg. Earlier this month the couple hopped a flight to NYC to take part in the filming of the reality show's reunion. After the taping they were apparently out and Berg's credit card was declined. He bounced, leaving Tucker to handle the bill, which she did. Once she got back to their hotel room a fight ensued, during which Tucker was reportedly hit, dragged by her hair and choked out. Police were called and Berg was booked on a felony charge for obstructing her airway. Tucker has finally decided to comment on the ordeal and no doubt, her words aren't necessarily going to sit very well.

    A grand jury in St. Louis County has been hearing testimony for nearly three months now over a case that has grabbed headlines on a daily basis. The account of what happened between Ferguson police officer, Darren Wilson and 18-year old Michael Brown on Aug. 9 differs depending on who you happen to be listening to but the case has incited, protests, riots and opened some serious dialog. Some witnesses have claimed that the unarmed Brown had his hands in the air when shot numerous times by Wilson. The officer insists that killing Brown was ultimately an act done in self defense, and the grand jury's final decision on whether or not to indict Wilson is expected any day now.

  • MTV's Diem Brown Loses Third Courageous Battle with Cancer, Dead at 32

    Perhaps one of the saddest stories of this past week is the news that Diem Brown has lost her battle with cancer. The 32-year old had starred on seven seasons of MTV's "The Challenge" and she had used her fame as a platform to educate about every aspect of cancer. She was first diagnosed with ovarian cancer nearly ten years ago and then fought a second round successfully back in 2012. In late August of this year, Brown's final battle began. By October she had learned that her cancer had spread to the lining of her stomach, her liver and her lymph nodes. Perhaps the saddest thing of all was the desperation Brown showed earlier this week in wanting to live.

    Netflix fans will be happy to learn that Season two of "The Fall" will begin streaming live on Jan. 16 at 12:01 a.m. The BBC Two series stars Gillian Anderson as Detective Stella Gibson who is hot on the trail of Paul Spector, a serial killer played to perfection by Jamie Dornan. What is ironic is that while the characters never once met during the five episodes of season one, the chemistry between them is still palpable. That means that fans have been left begging for the moment when they finally come face to face.
