    When Kim Kardashian married Kanye West in May there was reportedly a little nugget in their vows about not spending all their free time together talking shop. Unfortunately, just six months later it seems that her biggest fear has come true: Their whole marriage is consumed by business. Supposedly the couple had an agreement in place that meant that Kardashian would actually work less so she could spend more time with West and their daughter, North West. Once he took over as her official manager, though, her schedule actually ended up getting busier instead of lighter. According to a report by Radar Online, the couple has been fighting a lot because their time together is limited, but when it happens West only wants to talk about business. Once again, Kardashian is left feeling like the marriage she agreed to is nothing like what she had hoped for. She has said that her recent "Paper" cover shoot was to show off how confident she is feeling and that it was also kind of a last hurrah before getting pregnant again.

    Bode Miller is not exactly having an easy time right now. It was confirmed this week by the (New York) Daily News that he will undergo back surgery next Monday, Nov. 24, in California to repair a disc that has interfered with the normal use of his left leg. Miler hopes for a return to the slopes next January, but will spend the next few months rehabbing at home with his newly pregnant wife Morgan Beck. She, like many other pregnant women, decided to wander into a pregnancy chat room on thebump.com and it did not take long before she began sharing ... perhaps a little too much. Beck apparently goes by the screen name "2015mamatobe," which features a picture of her and Miller. At one point, Beck actually posted under her name, saying, "Girls do crazy things for money ... including taking condoms out of trash cans and locking themselves in a bathroom," which seemed to be taken as a direct dig at Miller's ex Sara McKenna, who has an 18-month-old son with the champion skier.

    The official cast for the upcoming winter season of VH1's "Love & Hip Hop New York" has finally been announced, and a lot of the regulars have decided to take a season off by leaving the network to add several new faces to the mix. Two who will be returning, though, are Yandy Smith and Mendeecees Harris. If you are a fan of the show, then you already know that Smith spent months fighting to get Harris out of jail after he was incarcerated in upstate New York. Harris was finally released on $600,000 bail last April after being locked up for 15 months, and he is still facing trial based on charges that he allegedly helped to run a drug pipeline from New York City to the Rochester region. Smith may have come up with the money to get her man out, but their troubles are far from over. Add to that the fact that Smith is currently expecting their second child while also raising Harris's older son and you get the makings of an interesting storyline.

  • Joran van der Sloot Stabbed Twice in Peruvian Prison Where He Is Serving 28 Years for Murder

    Joran van der Sloot's name has made headlines ever since he was tagged as the prime suspect in the 2005 disappearance of Natalee Holloway. She disappeared from a graduation trip to Aruba and the last person Holloway was seen with was van der Sloot. At the time his father was a sitting local judge and van der Sloot slipped through the legal cracks because of it. He is currently serving a 28-year sentence for the murder of Stephany Flores in 2010. Van der Sloot was recently transferred to a Peruvian prison was he was reportedly stabbed twice and left quite possibly in critical condition, according to Reuters. According to CNN, van der Sloot's new wife, Leidy Figueroa, claims her husband was stabbed twice: once in the shoulder and once in the waist. Both injuries are reportedly 2 centimeters — or 0.8 inches — deep, leaving him in pretty bad shape.

It seems getting past that resentment is proving difficult for Lavigne, and sources say the couple still has not found themselves on better footing yet. According to a report from E! They don't like Chad, but she's already been through one painful divorce and they don't want to see her going through another unless there's no other option. Also, she and Chad haven't been married that long so her friends want her to make sure she's given it every chance before pulling the plug. Her career isn't in the best place and she's trying to figure out what she wants for her future. She's trying to write music and she paints, but her life is in limbo. Motherhood is something she really wants for herself. So this thing with Chad, it's going to go one of two ways. Either they're going to get rid of each other or there's a shot they might try to have a baby to save the marriage. My bet is they end up splitting." Uh-oh — a band-aid baby to try and save a relationship usually seems to have the opposite effect on a couple. We have heard about so many celebrity couples that thought that maybe things would improve if they started a family, but in the end it just gives them one more thing to disagree on: parenting.

Things have reportedly been tense — so tense that the couple has spent a lot of time apart, with Middleton staying with her family.

    Things just got messy for "Atlanta Exes" star Monyetta Shaw. If you caught her on the new VH1 reality show, then you already know Shaw is Ne-Yo's — aka Shaffer Smith — former fiance and the mother of his two small children. At least, that is what she says, but apparently the R&B star has decided that, for whatever reason, he is not so sure about his paternity. He filed a lawsuit in Georgia against Shaw Oct. 1, requesting the court determine if he is legally the father of both of Shaw's children. In other words, Smith wants a paternity test done.

  • Kate Middleton Looks Unwell During First Public Appearance at Buckingham Palace in Months

    Kate Middleton finally made it out the door for a public appearance! She and Prince William were on hand at Buckingham Palace today to help Queen Elizabeth greet the president of Singapore, Tony Tan Keng Yam. Middleton looked extremely thin in a plaid Alexander McQueen coat dress, and sources say this is hopefully the start of the duchess being able to resume some of her regular duties. Today was actually her first public sighting since Aug. 7, and it is clear from the photos that Middleton is still a little bit unwell.
