Over the summer, rapper OG Maco gained some traction with his Internet hit "U Guessed It." The Atlanta rhymer is following up on that success with the release of his debut self-titled mixtape after accusing Beyoncé of stealing his video concept.As noted by "HipHopDX," Maco's debut includes a guest spot from 2 Chainz on the "U Guessed It" remix along with features and production from OG Maco's Atlanta-based OGG crew."This tape is a culmination of every failure and lesson it ever took to achieve victory with my team, with my family and for the world," OG Maco told "Fader."Things seem to be looking up for Maco as of late. Last month, Drake awarded Maco with a Hood Grammy for Best All Around Turn Up for his breakout hit. There have also been comparisons to Mystikal, which he considers "a great compliment.""I've only heard two Mystikal songs in my life," he said during an interview with "Ebro in the Morning." "It's a great compliment, though, him and Pastor Troy. [My music] comes from rock and s--t, pure anger. It's not about the lyrics long as you get the point."Earlier this week, Maco made headlines when he accused Beyoncé of stealing his video concept for her recently released visual for "7/11" off her "Beyoncé Platinum Edition" album. -
