A Buenos Aires judge has informed police that they should bring Bieber into custody should be step foot in the country, TMZ reports. The issue stems from a November 2013 incident, at the height of Bieber's antics, when he allegedly ordered his bodyguards to attack a photographer as the singer left a club. Bieber had been ordered to appear in Buenos Aires for questioning in November but never ended up going. -
