However, Bieber has ruffled a few feathers (what else is new?) by comparing the incident to the death of Princess Diana, who of course died in a car crash in Paris back in 1997 after being pursued by paparazzi.

Oxman is seeking damages for assault and battery, emotional distress, and negligence.
