• Electric Zoo 2015: Best & Worst Moments From Chemical Brothers, Glitch Mob, Alison Wonderland

    Another Labor Day in the books and we have completed a full Electric Zoo for the first time in three years. The weather gods looked down favorably on New York City, granting the festival perfect weather without a hint of rain and barely a cloud in the sky. The festival had to rebrand this year into "transformed" to try and create a new image that included new stage designs, lower ticket prices and different stage curators. We already wrapped up each day as it happened. Here are a few highlights from the festival, including the anthem, who is the festival MVP (hint Brothers who aren't related) and who just wouldn't leave.

    Electric Zoo has hit day 3. Over the past two years, the final day was either canceled the morning of or called to an abrupt halt mid-day, which left more then a few fans unhappy. The festival made it through the day without any major hiccups as it hosted stages curated by Thomas Jack and Pete Tong, as well as Alesso, The Glitch Mob, Oliver Heldens and more.

Among those who will be headlining include Madeon, Chance The Rapper, Chromeo, Ratatat, Death Grips (though you never know with them) and Tears For Fears.

    The Glitch Mob released their sophomore album Love Death Immortality early in 2014 and has been touring extensively in support of the album, but they are ready to provide their fans with some new music. On June 9, the LA-based trio will release a new 3-track EP Piece Of The Indestructible.     Los Angeles-based electronic music group The Glitch Mob have released a short documentary on their new live set up, named "The Blade." The concept for it was conceived after the trio of Ooah, Boreta and ediT finished writing their sophomore artist album Love Death Immortality and were looking for a new way to present it to the world. They have always done things differently -- combining live elements with state-of-the-art technology and this new live set up is no different.

    Metallica has been announced as the headliner for the 2015 X Games Super Stage, playing on a bill that features Nicki Minaj, Talib Kweli, Kid Ink, the Glitch Mob, Pennywise, Deltron 3030 and Joywave. The news was revealed during an interview between the band and skateboarding icon Tony Hawk.
