Revelers faced hundreds of arrests at two California raves, HARD Day of the Dead and Escape: Psycho Circus. In New Orleans, Voodoo Fest's final day was canceled due to extreme weather. Meanwhile, ravers attending Scumoween in London clashed with riot police.
