    Chance the Rapper will be hosting a free show to encourage people to vote in one of the tensest elections in many years. The “Get Out the Vote” show will be held on the rooftop of a Chicago hotel, sponsored by Virgin Hotels Chicago and the rapper’s own nonprofit SocialWorks.
