Kim Petras is all about shocking her audiences' sensibilities, and while some may admire her confidence and boldness in doing so, others are unimpressed and even disgusted.

The "Unholy" hitmaker returned to the music scene with her brand-new EP, "Slut Pop Miami" on Valentine's Day; it is the follow-up to her 2022 EP, "Slut Pop."

The cover art of the album includes Petras wearing a neon green bikini and lying on a bed with a hand seemingly taking the strings off her bikini bottoms.

The entire release is "inspired by hedonistic trips to Miami," and the German artist made sure to emphasize that this new album is rated R.

Regardless of the concept and the disclaimer, netizens were still appalled to see Petras' new release, and were even more shocked when she unveiled what was supposed to be the album cover of "S**t Pop Miami."

Netizens shared expressed their opinion regarding it: "This is literally repulsive, mind you."

"This is so embarrassing."

"Disgusting. She has no limits," another remarked.

"Have some class, Kim."

Others even claim that the cover was just a marketing strategy so the "Alone" singer could earn more clicks and streams: "I just feel like her and another lil artist who I won't name are all about shock value without the substance and it's so vapid."

Meanwhile, the singer's fans defended the cover, "Girl, that's the whole point."

"This is a way better cover though."
