It's been nearly three years since Billie Eilish last released an album and fans have been waiting for her to release a brand new one. More recently, the singer gave progress about her next record and her supporters couldn't wait for her to drop new songs.

Taking to her official Instagram account, the "What Was I Made For" hitmaker shared a series of photos of herself wearing a black ski mask with star prints all over it.

In the caption, she simply wrote, "my album is mastered," along with a standing girl emoji. As of this writing, the post has over two million likes and thousands of comments from celebrities and fans.

Her followers immediately took to the comment section to express their excitement as one wrote, "WHAT A BLESSING LOVERRRRRRRRR. I want to hear you YA YA YA YA YA."

"bb drop the album whenever you want," one wrote.

"This got me wheezing. I'm so excited," one commented.

As of this writing, Billie Eilish has yet to share more information about the release date, tracklist, and collaborators of her new album, but one thing is for certain: her brother FINNEAS worked on the project.

Billie Eilish Teases Fans About Her Next Album

In December, Eilish spoke with Jimmy Fallon on his late-night television program prior to her comeback to "Saturday Night Live" that weekend.

During the episode, the singer opened up about her next project where she revealed that she and her brother were in the process of polishing off some of the tracks at the time.

"We are almost done with this new album we're working on... So, at some point, you will know more, but I'm not going to say anymore now," she simply said.

Billie Eilish recently attended the People's Choice Awards this year, but there was one instance where she was captured on camera and what she told Kylie Minogue wasn't received well by online users, especially TikTok content creators.

In the clip, the musician can be seen speaking with the Australian superstar and OK Magazine reported that she said: "There's so many TikTokers here," to which Minogue agreed.

Although some people laughed it off, there were some TikTok users who were offended, but regardless, Eilish received massive support from her fandom.
