Kim Kardashian has been making headlines lately after Taylor Swift seemingly took another dig at their feud with The Tortured Poets Department Song, "thanK you aIMee."

When she was announced to be sitting down with Jimmy Kimmel on his late night talk show on Monday, several Swifties were waiting to see if Kardashian would address the latest development in their years-long beef. However, the American Horror Story: Delicate star focused on a different pop star instead.

Many were first introduced to Kardashian as Paris Hilton's assistant. However, her first celebrity employer was none other than Madonna.

"She was my next door neighbor when I was like seven or eight years old," Kardashian said. "I was her dog walker. Kourtney and I would walk her dog after school... in exchange for her jewelry."

Madonna, a trendsetter at the time as she is known for constantly "re-inventing" herself, was in the midst of getting rid of a lot of her clothing from the 80s, making her closet a goldmine for the Kardashian sisters.

"She was transitioning out of the 80s neon phase, so one day she just walked downstairs and handed us a shoebox of all these neon bracelets and Kourtney and I went to school and everyone was like, 'Oh my God I love your bracelets!' And we were like, 'Thanks, Madonna gave them to us.'"

Kim and Kourtney missed out on any of the "Life A Prayer" star's iconic cone bras, their gifts were enough to keep them entertained as they were kids. They did not keep the hand-me-downs, but that was just the start of her relationship with the Queen of Pop.

Years later, Kardashian witnessed Madonna film her "Cherish" music video with Herb Ritts in 1989. The Skims owner laid on the beach while the pop star was at work, filming one of her most iconic visuals.

"Me and my friend were on the beach and it was the most magical moment ever," she explained.

Their friendship didn't stop there. Once Kardashian welcomed children of her own with ex-husband Kanye West, she and Madonna moved in next to each other.

"Never would I have dreamed in my wildest dreams that as an adult, I would then be neighbors with her myself," she explained. "We lived in the same area again and it was like, it was just crazy."

While it did not seem like the two industry powerhouses were hanging around each other's houses much, Kardashian did have a humorous run-in with the "Vogue" performer. As they both took their kids trick-or-treating, they saw through their respective disguises for a fun interaction.

"We both had, like, masks on and we were going to the same house and then we looked at each other and I was like, 'M? Kim?,'" she said about the black ski masks they were wearing. "We weren't in costume. It was just us hiding so that our kids can go trick-or-treating. It was for the kids. She was with hers, I was with mine."

Kardashian played coy about the other celebrities whose houses they may have been knocking on that Halloween. She did reveal that while Madonna is "very healthy," Kardashian will just take the candy "and then throw it away ... or donate it."
