Britney Spears shared and eventually deleted a scathing rant on social media after settling her conservatorship case with her father, Jamie Spears.

The pop star, who was placed (now freed) under conservatorship, settled the outstanding dispute over Jamie's request for Britney to pay his legal fees.

Britney Spears Claims There's 'No Justice' After Settling Conservatorship Case

In a now-deleted Instagram post that Fox News Digital has obtained, Britney gave a pretty telling reaction after settling her conservatorship case with her father.

"My family hurt me!!! There has been no justice and probably never will be!!!" she claimed in her post. "The people who sat and did absolutely nothing when they did that for four months are smooth sailing!!!"

Britney also took aim at her parent's parenting skills, saying that she was brought up and was always taught the "formative of right and wrong," but the very people who taught her that "hurt" her.

Elsewhere in her scathing social media rant, Britney also revealed that she has yet to talk about the trauma she experienced to her parents face-to-face.

"I text through IG but I honestly believe it will not be so safe if I ever did go face to face so," she added. "The child in me knows they would be destroyed and that's basically it!!! I do miss my home in Louisiana and I wish I could visit but they took everything!!!"

Britney has since deleted the social media rant on her account.

Britney Spears Settles Conservatorship Case With Father Jamie

Britney's lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, shared in a statement that his client finally settled her conservatorship case against her father last April 26, 2024.

"It has been our honor and privilege to represent, protect, and defend Britney Spears," Rosengart shared. "Although the conservatorship was terminated in November, 2021, her wish for freedom is now truly complete. As she desired, her freedom now includes that she will no longer need to attend or be involved with court or entangled with legal proceedings in this matter."

The details of the case were not disclosed to the public and the media. With this settlement, Jamie and Britney avoided getting into trial for the former's alleged financial misbehavior during the latter's conservatorship.
