Rick Ross recently announced his forthcoming album Hood Billionaire and money was the topic of discussion during a debate with Forbes over their Hip-Hop Cash Kings List. Rozay says he's top five on the list.

During a recent Q&A with Forbes, the MMG boss discussed his placement on the Forbes list. Zack O'Malley Greenburg kicks things off noting they've had their differences in where Ross should be ranked on the list.

"Don't put me on Forbes no more, my n---a. Don't put me next to these lil' broke n---as, n---a," Ross says on the intro to his Black Mar Mitzvah mixtape, which plays briefly in the 2-minute clip.

The 2013 Hip-Hop Cash Kings included Jay Z, Dr. Dre, Ludacris and Diddy. The latter topped the list raking in $50 million in earnings. Rick Ross rounded out the list at No. 20 with $6 million.

"I'm always top five. That's in my mind. That's me seeing my bag," he explained jokingly. "The beauty of the Forbes list is that it excites the streets. It gives people an idea of what's going on financially. It inspires the youngsters."

Just to be clear they were on the same page, O'Malley Greenburg asked Ross about his endeavors over the year as Forbes prepares to release its 2014 edition of its hip-hop list.

"Regardless of where I fall, it feels good to be associated with success, associated with a brand such as Forbes and the other artists that are on the list," he said. "You know, I'm just warming up, just starting. I got a lot of things going on. I'm sure I'll be alright, getting up there real soon."

The 2014 Forbes list of Hip-Hop Cash Kings is set to be released on Tuesday, Sept. 23.
