After about a month of being sidelined by severe morning sickness, Kate Middleton is expected to return to her royal duties in October.

The duchess had to back out of an official engagement in Oxford three weeks ago, and then last weekend Prince William visited Malta in her place. Missing that Malta trip was a big deal because it was intended to be Middleton's first solo royal engagement since marrying William in 2011.

According to a palace representative, Middleton already has engagements scheduled for October and November that she is expected to attend. Middleton is also preparing to move from London to the couple's country home in Anmer Hall, about an hour from the city. Middleton and William apparently have decided that their children are better off being raised in the country rather than being stifled and controlled behind palace walls.

While their new home may be in the country, that does not mean it is small, as they will actually be moving into a 10-bedroom estate.

While Middleton will be primarily located at Anmer Hall, she is going to be expected to split some of her official time between there and London. Some royal insiders, however, seem to believe there is too much pressure being put on Middleton. She has not fully recovered from morning sickness and is also a hands-on mother to Prince George. Expecting her to travel in a royal capacity might be a bit too much for the duchess right now.

Do you think Middleton is well enough to return to her official job? Is she just like any other pregnant woman with a small child who needs to return to work, or should she be catered to a bit more because she is carrying a "spare" to the throne? Tell us your thoughts in the comments below.
