The producers of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta may have decided to unfairly fire Benzino and Althea Eaton after a bloody brawl broke out during last summers reunion show, but law enforcement saw things much differently. Eaton filed a police report in NYC after being punched in the face by Joseline Hernandez, the cast member that nearly everyone has pegged as the instigator, and investigators agreed.

According to a report by TMZ, there has been an arrest warrant issued for Hernandez in NYC in connection with the assault on Eaton. Hernandez lives in Atlanta with her common law husband, Stevie J and together they seem to be a lightening rod for trouble. If Hernandez decides to travel to the city for one of her many club appearances, then she risks being arrested, not that she's likely to care very much.

Hernandez prides herself on always being ready to fight anyone and she has proved on the show time and again that she'll back her words up with action. After her beat down on Eaton at the reunion taping, the rest of the cast discussed while on camera the alleged drug use that makes Hernandez so volatile. It seemed to be an accepted fact amongst them rather than a quietly kept secret. That was one of the main reasons why Benzino melted down on social media last week when he learned of his firing from Love & Hip Hop Atlanta. He couldn't believe his cleaned up lifestyle was being ignored in favor of the hot mess that is Stevie and his "Puerto Rican Princess" wife.

During his rant, Benzino insisted that the very public feud wasn't over yet. Do you think his firing caused him to put a little extra pressure on investigators to file an assault charge against Hernandez? Tell us your thoughts in the comments below!
