Earlier this week, Jordin Sparks dropped a remix of Drake's "How Bout Now" and took the opportunity to shade her ex-boyfriend Jason Derulo. The track is featured on Sparks' #ByeFelicia mixtape, which she released with help from the L.A. Leakers.

Sparks takes another approach on the tape, her first release since 2009′s Battlefield, as noted by Rap-Up. In addition to putting her ex of three years on blast on the Drizzy remake, Sparks calls out her Instagram stalkers on "Double Tap" featuring 2 Chainz.

"There's a little part of me in every single [track]," Jordin said of the mixtape. "But because it's been so long and because I've been working so long, it has been kind of like a perfectionist mentality. Life is too short. This stuff is great. I feel good about it. I'm confident in it, I love what it's saying, and I think people will be able to relate to that."

"Remember I deleted all my other guys' numbers out my phone for ya?/Remember when you broke your neck and I had to wash your back for ya?/You didn't really fuck with me way back then, but how bout now?/'Cause I'm up right now and you suck right now," she sings on "How Bout Now."

Derulo previously spoke about the couple's break-up, calling the relationship "unhealthy," according to Singersroom.

"The last conversation was at dinner. We was sitting at (a restaurant) and we had an argument about a specific something that I don't wanna mention. And that argument just kind of did it for me. After that point I didn't wanna talk to her (anymore)," he told Hot 97. "After that specific argument [I chose to walk away]. It's not like it was because of that, but it was just like the last straw ... You know something can get so unhealthy and you just, at some point, have to walk away."
