Skrillex continues the steady stream of remixes from his 2014 studio album Recess. Early last month, we got the remixes for "Ragga Bomb" featuring Ragga Twins and "Ease My Mind" featuring the vocals of Niki and the Dove a little earlier then anticipated. Now the information has surfaced via DJ Snake's Instagram that a new remix EP will be arriving on Dec. 16 for one of the most popular songs from Recess, "Dirty Vibe." The track was co-produced with Diplo and features K-Pop stars G-Dragon and CL. The EP will feature DJ Snake collaborating with fellow Frenchman Aazar, another Frenchman, Habstrakt, UK native, Jack Beats and Miami based Ricky Remedy (via Dancing Astronaut).

With the above list of artists, Skrillex shows once again his acute ear for up and coming talent that lends to the success of his label OWSLA. The remix package for "Ease My Mind" featured a rework from Jai Wolf, a New York City based producer who sent Skrillex his attempt via Twitter and after hearing it, Skrillex immediately moved to sign it. It has been Skrillex's favorite of the bunch and a part of his live set for months (via DJ Mag Canada).

His last batch of remixes leaked early on iTunes, so hopefully for Skrillex and his team this time all goes as planned with the release.

The remix EP comes out on the same day as Skrillex's OWSLA Records releases their Eggnog compilation for charity that will feature OWSLA regulars like Milo & Otis, Valentino Khan, Alex Metric and The M Machine.

He has been on a busy media tour alongside Diplo to promote their duo project, Jack U and their upcoming show at Madison Square Garden.

Another facet of Skrillex's career is potentially awakening, as Boys Noize, his partner in crime for their duo Dog Blood posted a cryptic photo on Instagram saying just #db with some Dog Blood styled illustrations.

Getting ready for more new Skrillex material before the year is out.
