Don't worry, Amy Adams, once the boys of One Direction held us in their arms, we wouldn't let them put us down either. In a new promo for the season 40 Christmas episode of Saturday Night Live, the Big Eyes actress continues her love affair with 1D, as she attempts to hit on them and get a little bit of action underneath the mistletoe.
In the series of three hilarious promos, Adams gets a little cozier and cozier with Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne and Niall Horan as the time goes on.
Things start out innocently enough, with Adams asking the boy band how often girls and women just scream at the very sight of them. "Sometimes, it happens, yeah," the boys respond before Adams has to hold herself back from going crazy. Given, she did get all of her screams and excitement out earlier in the week...
Adams also baited the "British babe machines" (which is offensive because Niall is Irish) with some mistletoe. "You said we had to kiss you or we couldn't do SNL," One Direction lamented. A claim which Adams denies.
And finally, there she is, cradled in the comforting arms of One Direction.

The Dec. 20 episode will mark the third time that One Direction will appear on Saturday Night Live. The band previously took the sketch comedy stage in 2012 and 2013. The episode also won't be the only time 1D are on NBC this month. The "Night Changes" band also has a plan for a concert special to air on the network on Dec. 23.
