We have been talking a lot about Jennifer Aniston's role in the much-anticipated Indie flick, Cake. When it first premiered last September, there was seemingly bizarre buzz attached to it -- in that insiders were really loving her performance enough to say that she might actually be in award contention. That caused the studio to bump up the release date to make sure that Aniston could be on the ballot this award season. The buzz became real last week when Aniston was nominated for both a Golden Globe and a SAG, but what started off as a shot in the dark has turned into a focused campaign to win with her hiring a top notch strategist, Lisa Taback.

Taback has pushed for films like "The Artist" to win and she has worked for Paramount, Sony and other top studios so it makes sense that Aniston would place herself in such capable hands. Whatever plan Taback has hatched to promote Aniston, it clearly has been working. The actress has also been hitting the pavement, turning up everywhere to promote herself.

A recent stop at the Dr. Oz Show revealed that Aniston doesn't sleep very much.

"I have a hard time sleeping. Sleep is a tough one for me. My brain, the committee in my head, if I wake up at three in the morning I just start having conversations and they won't shut up and then I can't get back to sleep. I do have three animals and a human being in the bed, so there are all these distractions. I got an app on my phone that allows you to sort of track your sleep rhythms. I don't really quite ever get into the deep, deep, deep sleep," said the actress.

Perhaps part of what is now keeping her awake at night is the fact that she could be getting ready to scratch some major leading actress awards off of her bucket list!
