While Bill Cosby may be having a hard time keeping his career going in the states right now, he will be doing a few of his stand up shows in Canada later this week. Many U.S. venues have either canceled shows that they had previously booked with the fallen star or else he has scrapped some scheduled gigs at the last minute. The end result has been the same, ever since women started to come forward and accuse Cosby of drugging and sexually assaulting them, he hasn't been very marketable.

Cosby is currently scheduled to appear in Kitchener, Ontario, on Jan. 7; London, Ontario, on Jan. 8; and Hamilton, Ontario, on Jan. 9. Chicago's Innovation Arts & Entertainment claims that they and the venues are both legally contracted to make sure that these shows happen and that failing to do so would be a financial disaster for either party.

While many are uneasy with the idea of Cosby's shows still playing in these Canadian cities, at the end of the day it's business. What the actor may or may not have done is almost irrelevant to some power players as long as he can still sell tickets. These shows were likely booked before the scandal broke. The real question remains in whether or not new venues will choose to book Cosby down the road and if so whether or not he'll move tickets.

Do you think that these three shows in Canada will be some of Cosby's last, at least for now? Will he be able to dig himself out from beneath all of the scandalous accusations or is his career about over? Tell us your thoughts in the comments below!
