Since the hotly anticipated Fifty Shades of Grey is getting ready to roll into theaters Feb. 13, we can expect to see its stars — Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson — everywhere to promote it. Apparently a lot of faith is being put behind Johnson that she will morph into a real "it" girl just like Kristen Stewart did after Twilight first dropped. That hopeful notion is probably the main reason why Johnson has been chosen to cover the February issue of Vogue.

The interview itself that accompanies her earthy cover has yet to be released, but a short video called Just A Minute by Gustav Johansson and starring Johnson has dropped to promote Vogue's choice in this month's cover girl. In it she is called to set and asks for a minute because she is clearly not ready. It is probably meant to just give fans an endearing glimpse of Johnson before the real pressure is on in a few weeks.

There have been so many rumors about Johnson's lack of chemistry with Dornan, and we have to admit there seemed to be no sparks between them when they presented a Golden Globe last week. It has made fans of the Fifty Shades book trilogy worry that the film adaptation will fall flat, leaving moviegoers to wish they stayed home and continued to use their imaginations instead.

Do you think Johnson is somehow going to actually live up to the necessary expectations of portraying Anastasia Steele and surprise everyone? Could the film adaptation of this series end up being one of the biggest hits of the year, making Vogue glad to have put Johnson on its cover? Tell us your thoughts in the comments section below.
