Ten years since the release of the second installment, Dame Dash has confirmed that State Property 3 is in the works following a lawsuit involving his forthcoming Loisaidas film.

Dash recently took to Twitter to share the big news.

"Me and my brothers spoke today and we decided to do a part 3 f*ck all the bubble gum sh*t and its been 10 years," Dame tweeted with a picture of the State Property 2 movie poster.

Noreaga, who played El Pollo Loco in SP2, also tweeted the confirmation tagging Beanie Sigel: "State property 3 is my main priority right now @DashDamon @BeanieSigelSP."

Beanie Sigel starred in the first two films as Beans, a street hustler looking to grasp the American Dream. Dash and Jay Z also starred in the original film, which was released in 2002.

Earlier this year, Beans was released from the hospital after a lengthy stay under critical condition. Last December, he was shot in his back outside his Jersey City home after dropping his kids off from school. He was released from the hospital a month later.

The good thing is he has been active since the shooting and seems to be in good health. In fact, Meek Mill returned to Philadelphia for his homecoming concert last month and brought out fellow Philly rhymer Beanie Sigel.

Dame Dash, on the other hand, has been having some legal issues when it comes to his film work. Michael Medina, a New York-based music producer, filed a Manhattan Federal Court suit claiming that Dash and Kanye West's Loisaidas film about street life is tarnishing his brand.

Medina and his bandmates have been performing under the name Loisaidas since 2008. The name was reportedly trademarked in 2011.
