On Monday, Big Sean hit the stage and delivered an emotional performance of "One Man Can Change The World" at The Tonight Show and now he's kicking off his #ItTakesOne campaign in honor of his late grandmother.

At the beginning of his set, Sean took a minute to dedicate his performance to his grandmother and highlight a few of her accomplishments, including becoming one of the first female police officers in Detroit. He also acknowledged that she taught him the concept of creating change through action.

Following his live rendition of the Dark Sky Paradise cut, Sean announced the launch of "One Man / Woman Can Change The World," a social media campaign putting his fans to task to make a difference through random acts of kindness.

Sean reportedly created the initiative in hopes that his fans and listeners of the song will pursue their dreams and lead by example by inspiring and giving back, just like his grandmother did.

The "Blessings" rapper, with the help of his non-profit organization the Sean Anderson Foundation, will select and spotlight random participants who share their good deeds to receive prizes including VIP tickets, backstage meet and greets and more.

Last Thanksgiving, the foundation held its second annual turkey giveaway in Sean's hometown. According to Rap-Up, Big Sean and his mother Myra went to the River Rouge High School gymnasium in Detroit this week to give over 1000 people food for the holidays.

Share your random act of kindness story by posting a photo or video on Instagram, Twitter of Fancebook and use the hashtag #ittakesone to participate in the "One Man / Woman Can Change The World" campaign.
