After weeks of anticipation and a little Instagram tease, Rihanna's full Dior video campaign has arrived. Today (May 18), the "American Oxygen" singer and the fashion house teamed up to release the latest campaign video in its "Secret Garden" series, featuring the pop star parading around Versailles in France. Just as glorious as the fashion and the lush palace, the latest taste of "R8," Rihanna's Florence + The Machine sampling "Only If For a Night" soundtracks the ad.
The video starts not unlike other clips in the "Secret Garden" series, with Rihanna climbing the stairs at the Palace of Versailles, dressed in a tea-length gown and patent leather black heels. Soon, though, the bass of "Only If For a Night" drops, and Rihanna's face pops up in the video - and of course, she's looking as fierce as ever.
From there, RiRi sashays her way down the halls of Versailles, absolutely stunning in a floorlength glittery silver gown. And, it wouldn't be a fashion ad of Rihanna if there wasn't a little bit of sass, demonstrated here by the swivel in her hips.
Other fashionable scenes in "Secret Garden" feature Rihanna twirling by a garden fountain in a white mermaid gown.
All the while, samples of the new Rihanna track play in the background. Though Rihanna's own vocals don't come into play yet, a bass-heavy remix of the Florence + The Machine track can be heard, thumping in the background.
