We have been telling you for awhile now that Ben Affleck's marriage to Jennifer Garner seems to have hit a serious rough patch and unfortunately every indication seems to be that divorce is inevitable. For a long time, Affleck and Garner seemed to have one of the most solid marriages in Hollywood and the secret to their longevity seemed to be keeping things pretty private and as far away from the press as possible. Unfortunately, Affleck's recent behavior smacks more of being a single guy than a devoted husband and he also hasn't been seen with Garner in over a month. That means he skipped both her birthday and Mother's Day, a clear cut sign that there is trouble between them.

According to a report by Radar Online, "Ben and his team have definitely been engaging divorce attorneys. He's positioning for a divorce. Right now, it's just coming up with a strategy and whether or not it makes sense for Ben to do it quietly and jointly so there is no battle, or to do it on his own. No one is surprised [he is talking to attorneys]. They are more surprised they lasted this long. Those closest to them thought ... they were done, then they both got busy with work and she got pregnant," explains an insider.

Garner has long sacrificed her career in favor of taking care of her children but now some sources are also saying that a custody battle could be brewing as well. Do you think that there's any chance that these rumors are completely false and that Affleck and Garner are dividing up their time the way that they always have done? Although, in the past when rumors were swirling the couple would usually make a random, loved-up appearance somewhere to quiet the talk. That's not happening this time.

Will Garner and Affleck's marriage make it to their tenth anniversary in June? Or will a divorce announcement come first? Tell us your thoughts in the comments below!
