If you want to earn an orgasm in the bedroom or more money in the workplace, it seems as though Nicki Minaj may be the girl you want to follow. As it turns out, the "Night Is Still Young" rapper is quite the fan or getting what's yours.
Minaj is the cover girl for this month's issue of Cosmopolitan and she opened out about her sex life, and as it turns out she's a high maintenance gal, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
"I demand that climax. I think women should demand that," Minaj said. "I have a friend who's never had an orgasm in her life. In her life! That hurts my heart. It's cuckoo to me."
Minaj believes so strongly in the female orgasm that she'll oftentimes hold "orgasm" interventions with her friends and try and show them how to work it out.
"We'll straddle each other, saying, 'You gotta get on him like that and do it like this.' She says she's a pleaser. I'm a pleaser, but it's 50/50," she said.
Minaj isn't just a boss in the bedroom, she's also a boss in the boardroom. In her Cosmo interview, Minaj opened up about her feelings on the workplace and empowered women to know their worth.
"Women are uncomfortable talking about money. I know it's taboo to discuss it at work. Technically, you shouldn't, but you need to know what people around you are making. Otherwise, you're not going to know what you're worth," Minaj said. "You have to ask questions. 'What is this person getting?' Do your research. I've always been pretty competitive in terms of my pay."
