The man, the myth, the legend, Giorgio Moroder, has completed his comeback after retiring from public life in the early 1990s with his first album in 30 years, Déjà Vu. The man who revolutionized electronic music and disco, creating some of the biggest hits of the 20th century like Donna Summer's "I Feel Love" is looking to make his stamp on modern electronic music with a retro feel that only the Daft Punk collaborator can deliver. The album features some of the biggest names in pop music today like Charli XCX, Sia, Britney Spears, Kylie Minogue and Foxes.

The rollout for the album was marred by leaks, but it is at last here for fans to purchase and stream. You can stream it below on Spotify or purchase on iTunes.

Moroder spoke to Complex about the new album and how it is different from his previous work, but still brings back some of the sounds he has used in the past.

"Well, ideally, a sound like the song I did with Sia ('Déjà Vu'). I have some electronics, like the arpeggio bass line, but then also a little bit of a disco, retro feel. So, I have a guitar, I have strings, I have a Fender Rhodes. Since I was, let's say, one of the co-inventors of disco, and a little bit of a co-inventor of electronic music, I thought I should combine the two sounds."

Moroder is not going to slow down after releasing Déjà Vu. He has plans to work on Lady Gaga's upcoming album, as well Lana Del Rey's forthcoming LP as well. See the full album tracklist below.
