One part of Iggy Azalea's rough year has finally come to a close. After the "Pretty Girls" rapper's ex-boyfriend Hefe Wine threatened her last year with a sex tape and claims that the couple was common law married. Now, it seems as though the two have settled their legal dispute out of court, allowing Azalea and her new fiancé Nick Young to officially tie the knot.

According to TMZ, Azalea (real name: Amethyst Kelly) and Hefe Wine (real name: Maurice Williams) have settled their lawsuit for a small sum. The suit covered a variety of things, from common law marriages in Texas to the rights and potential release of music and an alleged sex tape that Azalea recorded before she hit it big last year with her smash hit "Fancy."

Wine claimed that, under Texas common law marriage rules, that he and Azalea were considered husband and wife in the Lonestar State. Because of that, any music that Azalea recorded while they were together could technically be considered his and public property.

However, the courts seemed to be siding with Azalea. In January, the courts blocked the release of a pre-fame EP Azalea recorded, entitled Inizio.

And now, the legal drama is over, with Azalea paying Wine a small fee (reportedly so small that he can't even "buy a Honda Accord").

The settled lawsuit is the first good news that Azalea has had in some time as the rapper faces a rocky 2015. Azalea has chalked up controversy with everything from a cancelled tour to plastic surgery to previous homophobic comments in 2015.

The conclusion of the Wine drama also frees Azalea to plan her wedding to her new fiancé, basketball player Nick Young. The two were engaged in June.
