Rihanna's new album R8 has been shrouded in mystery. Despite releasing singles "FourFiveSeconds," "B*tch Better Have My Money" and "American Oxygen," little is known about the follow-up to 2012's Unapologetic. But now, producer Mike Will Made It has unveiled another little taste of the eighth RiRi LP: a 15-second snippet of a new single "Nothing's Promised."

Mike Will Made It, who is best known for working with the likes of Miley Cyrus, Future and Rae Sremmurd, posted the short Rihanna teaser on his Twitter yesterday (July 20) afternoon.

It seems as though the new single may be arriving sooner than we think. Along with the video, Mike Will teased that the new single is "on the way."

As for the music itself, "Nothing's Perfect" seems to blend the hardness of "BBHMM" with at least some of the lyrical honesty of "FourFiveSeconds." "Ain't none of this sh*t promised, ain't none of this promised / Ain't none of this sh*t certain, ain't none of this certain," Rihanna sings loudly and boldly against wailing sirens and a creeping beat provided by Mike Will Made It.

There’s no official word on when “Nothing’s Perfect” will be released or if it’s an official part of Rihanna’s new album. R8 has still yet to receive details including a release date or tracklist, despite being teased at the beginning of the year.
