For months people have come out the woodwork filing lawsuits against Cash Money Records such as Jas Prince, Turk, and of course Young Money front runner Lil Wayne. However, there has been a shift in developments as Wayne is currently being sued by rapper and music producer, David Banner for unpaid royalties after working on some of his prior projects.

According to TMZ, Wayne owes Banner almost $160K for songs he produced. Banner initially worked on Wayne's Tha Carter III, on tracks "La La" and "P*ssy Monster", which he signed a contract for back in 2008 but never received payment. Banner claims Young Money informed him he was owed a total payout of $138,787.19.

Banner is also looking to recoup fees for his work on YMCMB's collaborative project, We Are Young Money, as he is seeking royalties on the "Streets Is Watchin", track to the tune of $15,392.57

Unfortunately for the rapper/producer he may need to take a number as Weezy currently has a $51 million dollar lawsuit on the table against Cash Money Records and Baby for unpaid royalties to him.

Former Hot Boy rapper Turk had his lawsuit against Young Money dismissed earlier this month after it was determined that he and Cash Money had settled privately outside of court.

In a recent interview with Power 105.1 Birdman opened up and talked with host Angie Martinez about the state of Cash Money affairs as it pertains to its artists, its financial standing, as well as what the future will hold for the dynasty.

Currently Birdman is suing Wayne and Jay Z's Tidal for the Free Weezy Album that was dropped back on Independence Day through the music subscription site.
