During the most recent episode (Sept. 5) of OVO Sound Radio on Beats 1, Drake debuted his own remix to The Weeknd’s “Tell Your Friends” from his Beauty Behind the Madness album.

On the brief remix, or freestyle rather, Drizzy flexes his singing skills and reflects on a woman evolving and makes comparison to Jane Birkin (“Your body insane in person, wanna do special things for you, you deserve it”). Unfortunately, Drizzy's remix doesn't feature The Weeknd's vocals that accommodate the Kanye West production so well.

In the past, the two have collaborated on tracks including "The Zone," "Crew Love" and "Live For."

The original version of "Tell Your Friends" comes from The Weeknd's recently released album, which is expected to debut at No. 1 on next week’s charts, according to Rap-Up.

Last month, ahead of the album's Aug. 28 release date, the Toronto-based crooner released a chilling video for the aforementioned track. "Tell Your Friends" is the third single from BBTM. The album has previously been supported by the chart-topping single "Can't Feel My Face" as well as "The Hills."

As for Drake, the OVO head has been quite busy, putting his spin on various tracks like D.R.A.M's infectious "Cha Cha" for "Hotline Bling" and Ramriddlz's "Sweeterman."

In August, his album If You're Reading This It's Too Late became the first million-selling release of 2015. The surprise release sold another 8,000 copies in the week ending Aug. 7, making it the first album released in 2015 to sell a million copies in the U.S. IYRTITL has sold 1.007 million units since its February release and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart.

Hopefully, The Weeknd's BBTM will be able to share some of that glory.
