Live videos have been floating around on YouTube for about a month, but earlier today, Henry Steinway, better known by his trap moniker RL Grime (Clockwork is not as active anymore), uploaded his official remix for The Weeknd's No. 1 hit single "The Hills." The single is taken from the "Can't Feel My Face" singer's No. 1 album Beauty Behind The Madness.

The new remix totally flips the sexual r&b track on its head. The Weeknd's distorted and autotuned voice remains as he croons to his booty call. RL Grime adds some fitting energy to the situation with powerful, synth-laden drops and a fearsome barrage of snare rolls and 808s. He keeps is slow during the breaks to let The Weeknd do his thing in the verses.

RL Grime has not indicated as to when his new remix will be released, but it is probably out of his hands and up to Republic Records as when they want to start releasing remixes.

This is the second major official remix we have heard from Beauty Behind The Madness. Martin Garrix recently shared his own rework of the Max Martin-assisted "Can't Feel My Face." Garrix took the track to the festival mainstage and not the trap house.

Stay tuned for any more updates on when these two remixes will drop and if there are any more to come from big-name EDM players such as RL Grime and Garrix.

RL Grime is still enjoying the fruits of debut artist album Void, which was released in November. It is good to hear more material from the LA-based producer.
