Ellen Degeneres is known for having the hottest celebrities on her show Ellen and No Doubt lead singer Gwen Stefani is no exception. The Voice coach performed an emotional rendition of her new song "Used To Love You," which is widely believed to be about her now ex husband Gavin Rossdale on Sunday (Oct. 25).

The recently released track and accompanying music video are both highly emotionally driven and will be featured on Stefani's forthcoming album, which is as yet untitled. The singer told Entertainment Weekly in a recent interview that, "I needed to go through what I needed to go through to write the record that I needed to write," when asked about her new record. She also spoke on her divorce and said, "There was a lot of prayer and meditating in the sense of trying to be open and grateful with this record."

She further expressed her feeling on the new music and further said, "There was a lot of prayer and meditating in the sense of trying to be open and grateful with this record. The songs are really natural - they're from not worrying about what happened or what's going to happen but about living in the moment, from trying to be present and trying to feel." These sentiments were on full display in her highly charged performance on Ellen over the weekend.

According to TMZ the two filed for a separation this past August and just yesterday (Oct. 26) reached a settlement on the divorce terms, including property separation and custody of their three children 9-year-old Kingston, 6-year-old Zuma and 19-month-old Apollo. Their split entails joint physical custody of the children and Rossdale reportedly agreed to less property than he was entitled to under California state law in order to reach a faster settlement.
