Gavin Rossdale and Gwen Stefani have finalized their divorce agreement and will reportedly share custody of their three children -- 9-year-old Kingston, 6-year-old Zuma and 19-month-old Apollo. It is also widely circulating on the interwebs that the former couple is due to sign papers by the years end.

According to TMZ, a source told the outlet that the agreement was finalized as follows: the split will entail a halfway divide in actual physical custody of the children but Rossdale will have the majority of the contact for the time being due to Stefani's work schedule. Rossdale was a bit shorted in terms of the property arrangement since there was no prenuptial agreement in the marriage.

Presumably, Rossdale wanted to reach a faster settlement in the divorce, which is why he consented to take less of the property than he was entitled to under California state law. California law actually entails that property should be split equally down the middle. The former couple filed for a divorce this past August after spending 13 years together

US Weekly reported this statement from the couple when they released their separation in August for "irreconcilable differences" in documentation. "While the two of us have come to a mutual decision that we will no longer be partners in marriage, we remain partners in parenthood and are committed to jointly raising our three sons in a happy and healthy environment."

According to the outlet, the couple separated over accusations that Rossdale was cheating on Stefani with the children's former nanny as was reported back in September. Whatever the real reason behind the split was, the two certainly had a lot to divide after spending a total of 13 years together.
