As if Chelsea FC didn't already have enough trouble this season, a training session allegedly featured a fight of some sort between two of the team's stars, Diego Costa and Oscar. According to reports about the Premier League footballers, a hard tackle on Diego Costa from Oscar caused the altercation, which comes only a few days before the team's FA Cup third round match against Scunthorpe United. Interim manager Guus Hiddink is expected to answer questions concerning this incident in his pre-match press conference.

Speaking to Telegraph Sport, a source detailed the hard tackle from Oscar and the resulting skirmish.

"Oscar's challenge was outrageous; it was straight into the knee of Costa and could have done him some real damage. That sparked a brawl between them and the other players had to stop it," the alleged witness said.

This report went on to say that Hiddink is positive that the bust-up was short-lived and won't be an issue on the pitch-if he decides to play the stars against the League One team.

Meanwhile, The Mirror is reporting that Diego Costa responded to the "hefty tackle" with one of his own, leaving Oscar in a worse state, thus starting a verbal fight. The club told the media that the two were fine after they were separated by teammates and later walked into the locker room together.

Oscar has denied the reports of a fight by taking to Twitter and explaining that he has a strong friendship with Diego Costa:

We're sure Hiddink will be flooded with questions about this incident during his pre-match press conference later this week.
