Speaking with the BBC this week during CES 2016, President and CEO of Sony Corporation, Kazuo "Kaz" Hirai revealed the PlayStation VR Program's aspirations, promising "about 100 or more" titles for this new venture in gaming.

"I think we have a lot of good support and it'll be a great product coming out later this year," he said, according to IGN. "With the install base of the PlayStation 4 close to 36 million units, that there in of itself is a huge audience we're going to cater to, and once we have a lot of people who are really into virtual reality through games I think then we'll be able to expand beyond gaming, especially because we have a lot of content that we create ourselves at Sony Pictures Entertainment."

It's really fun to think about suing virtual reality outside of gaming, and even though Sony is still working on these titles, the company is clearly looking into more ways to please consumers with an interesting product.
