Fans of Cash Money were elated when word of Lil Wayne and Birdman’s reconciliation hit the Web, but not everyone shared the excitement. Rick Ross, who previously spoke out on the rapper’s fallout, took to his Snapchat account to throw major shade at the reunited father-son duo.

During a performance at Club LIV in Miami on Sunday (Jan. 17), Birdman let a packed house know that he and Wayne were back on good terms. He spoke highly of his relationship with the “Lollipop” rapper and even said he would die and kill for him. Birdman also sent out a warning shot to those who spoke ill of his previous rift with Wayne.

"I just want to tell my muthaf*ckin' son that I love him…And all you n*ggas with that h*e sh*t, I ain't forget nan one of you b*tch a** n*ggas. And ya'll on my pull up list! Keep my name out ya mouth b*tch,” he said.

After videos of the club appearance made their way to the Internet, many began to wonder just who Birdman was making reference to. Rick Ross apparently believed he was the intended target and jumped on social media to respond.

In a brief snap, Ross can be heard rapping "I'm a real player/them n*ggas kissed and they made up" over an instrumental.

Back in December, the MMG boss stopped by the Breakfast Club and clarified lyrics from his Black Market cut “Color Money.” Although Ross did not blatantly say who the “I got more money than that p*ssy that you’re signed to" line was directed at, he did share his thoughts on Birdman's treatment of Wayne.

"Right now, really me just seeing what Wayne going through as an artist, me idolizing Birdman at a time, me looking up to Lil Wayne, Wayne being the first artist to make so many feats not just as an artist but an artist coming through the South, that's something I took personal. For me to see the way things are transpiring, I can't respect that, and I don't respect that."

This could get interesting.
