Southampton came out victorious over Arsenal in their December meeting, which is just more fodder for the team's confidence today, according to Matt Targett.
"The form we're in at the moment, I think we can beat anyone in the division," the footballer said, according to PremierLeague.com. "So it's important that we go there with confidence but we need to be wary as Arsenal are such a good team. It would be a massive result if we could go there and get a win or a draw. "I think it would give us confidence going forward and we can take it from there."
Meanwhile, Arsenal star player Theo Walcott spoke to the team's website about today's challengers.
"We need to be aware of their threat going forward," he explained. "How they press from the front is very good and as soon as we get past that first press, I'm sure we can cause all sorts of problems with the attacking threat we have. We need to put this right. We haven't won for a couple of games in the league so we need to get back to winning and make things right. It's going to be a tough game, as every game is, but there's a lot on this one."
