Beyoncé is reportedly gearing up to release some new music, fueled by the premiere of two new singles at the Super Bowl on Sunday (Feb. 7). In anticipation of the next big phase of her career, it's been reported that the "7/11" singer has completely fired her management team and switched over to former JP Morgan Chase marketing expert Steve Pamon.

According to Page Six, Beyoncé has parted ways with her entire team, including her manager of five years Lee Anne Callahan-Longo and her cousin, in order to catapult her career to the next level (whatever that may be). Beyoncé is looking to be more lucrative in music, sponsorship, live touring and acting.

"Beyoncé basically cleaned house, got rid of her whole team, which included her cousin, and hired a new team. She wants to surround herself with business people who could take her career to an even higher level," a source close to the singer said. "She has one album left to deliver before her deal is up with Columbia, plus she wants to make smarter decisions where it comes to touring, sponsorships and acting roles."

Beyoncé's representative Yvette Noel-Schure did confirm that things at Bey's company Parkwood Entertainment have been shaken up, but maintained that it was all strictly business.

The big shake ups at Parkwood Entertainment come ahead of Beyoncé's rumored new album, which will be first teased at her upcoming Super Bowl 50 halftime performance alongside Coldplay and Bruno Mars. Beyoncé is rumored to be premiering two new songs, including "Formation," at the show.

Her last self-titled album was released in December 2013.
