Alabama Shakes, Tame Impala, Wilco, My Morning Jacket and Bjork are the 2016 nominees for the 58th annual Grammy Awards Best Alternative Music Album category -- but only one artist can take home the prize. We'll get to see which of these talents shines at the Grammys Monday, February 15, on CBS, but we're taking a look at who should win as opposed to who will most likely win.

NOMINEES:
Sound & Color - Alabama Shakes
Vulnicura - Bjork
The Waterfall - My Morning Jacket
Currents - Tame Impala
Star Wars - Wilco

WHO SHOULD WIN: Currents

Honestly, Sound & Color is the most conventional album on this list, so we've pretty much got to ignore it, which isn't a big loss for the multi-nominate Alabama Shakes. The same kind of goes for the Waterfall, which suffered a bit in reviews and acclaim due to impressions from diehard fans - basically, it was a solid album, with nothing warranting another listen.

On the other hand, and as usual, Bjork's latest is just plain weird. This is a draw for fans, but overall, the iconic musician released a great album that will most likely fall short of recognition due to other acts doing a better job.

While Wilco's title made us all think of 2015's biggest blockbuster movie event, the album is better than traveling a galaxy far, far away. When Jeff Tweedy writes songs that are radio-length, only good things can happen. Unfortunately, Tame Impala went all-out on Currents, arguably the most impressive record of the year, and came out with a timeless album. Even Rhianna wanted to cover the band!

WHO WILL WIN: Currents

Deciding between these albums is not an easy job. The voting process is going to be tough and most likely end up close. In the end, the Grammy will hopefully go to one of the best records of the last decade, Currents by Tame Impala.
