The 58th annual Grammy Awards returned to the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California on Monday (Feb. 15). It was a night filled with surprising wins, tributes to iconic musicians, and unforgettable performances. Newly formed super group, The Hollywood Vampires, made a historic television debut as they rocked the stage together to pay tribute to the late Lemmy Kilmister.

They kicked off their raucous performance with a new original song called, "As Bad As I Am." They then moved on to give their own rendition of Motörhead's "Ace of Spades," from their 1980 album of the same name. Accompanied by a killer backdrop and powerful pyrotechnics, the men

The Hollywood Vampires is made up of Alice Cooper, Golden Globe Award-winning actor Johnny Depp, Guns N' Roses' bassist Duff McKagan and drummer Matt Sorum, as well as, Aerosmith's guitarist Joe Perry. It was originally a celebrity drinking club started by Cooper in the '70s and the only way to be admitted into the high-profile organization was to out-drink every existing member.

Kilmister was a singer and songwriter who founded and fronted the legendary heavy-metal rock band Motörhead. He died at the age of 70 on Dec. 28, shortly after being officially diagnosed with terminal cancer of the brain and neck.

"We started this band as a means to toast our 'dead drunk friends' at the Rainbow - all the ghosts in the bar - and now I guess Lemmy is involved in that, too," Cooper said before gracing the Grammy stage.

The Hollywood Vampires are just one of many performers hitting the stage during tonight's Grammy Awards. They join a long list of artists including Little Big Town, Adele, Alabama Shakes, Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber with Jack Ü (Diplo and Skrillex), the Hamilton cast, The Weeknd, and more.
