Each and every week we put together our favorite tracks that had premiered a few days prior into one magnificent mixtape to share with you and your friends. This time around we've decided to share new 2016 songs from M.I.A., Kanye West, Carly Rae Jepsen and more right here!

You can check out more buzzing news coverage from Music Times right here!

"Closest Thing to Einstein" is easily the most Kanye West song title we could think of. In this track, the hip-hop icon addresses all of the hot-button subjects that have surrounded him during his career.

Speaking of a career affected by public opinion, M.I.A. is back with her brand new track, "Boom ADD," which talks about the controversy surrounding her 2012 Super Bowl halftime show performance. Do you remember that scandal? She sure does.

Miguel's new song "Waves" has caught the attention of music fans across the globe, which also includes fellow musicians. This week, we were treated to two separate remixes of the track, from Kasey Musgraves and Tame Impala!

We got some great early access listening opportunities last week as well. While we can't own the new M. Ward record, More Rain, just yet, fans can stream it right now! Plus, the new Poliça record, United Crushes, is also streaming ahead of its release.

The rebooted series Full House, now known as Fuller House, is getting some mixed reviews after recently premiering, but there's no denying how cool it is to hear pop princess Carly Rae Jepsen singing the revamped theme song, "Everywhere You Look." Listen to this cover right here!

Two of the most creative songwriters ever, Andrew Bird and Fiona Apple, have teamed up for an incredible duet that premiered this week, entitled "Left Hand Kisses." This is a new track off of Bird's upcoming album, Are You Serious.

Speaking of some of our favorite songwriters, Sufjan Stevens this week shared a previously unreleased demo version of his popular song "Chicago" this week. Listen to this stripped-down version of the song right here:

Explosions in the Sky shared a new song recently, so we're obviously closing out this week's mixtape with it. Listen to the epic "Logic of a Dream" right here!

If you're looking to share some music with a pal or a significant other, we think that this new mix is perfect for such a gift! Enjoy these songs together!
