Wave those flags from side to side! Yesterday (June 12), the 2014 FIFA World Cup kicked off in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and music superstars Pitbull, Jennifer Lopez and Claudia Leitte were all on site to perform this year's official World Cup song "We Are One (Ole Ola)."

After Leitte opened up the show with her own Brazillian music flair, this year's World Cup Anthem began to play through the surely massive speakers at the FIFA stadium.

Despite rumors to the contrary, Lopez, Leitte and Pitbull were all in Brazil, in the flesh to perform "We Are One" live. Wearing World Cup themed outfits -- Pitbull in very tight white pants and a Brazil jersey, Lopez in a signature Brazil green leotard and Leitte in a stunning shade of blue -- the trio tackled the song with plenty of zest.

Lopez, Leitte and Pitbull all owned the pineapple toppy stage, running around, waving their hands and working to get the futbol crowd all pumped up. There was some samba involved, but of course, and even a little twerking, so it can't be said that the energy was low.

More surprisingly, all three singers performed live (seemingly), with Lopez and Pitbull in particular adding in vocal flares.

It was a rousing performance of the World Cup anthem, even if the song itself is getting less-than-stellar reviews from critics at large and even the Brazilian public.
