Selena Gomez played it well when insulted by Amy Schumer on a hilarious sketch for Thursday's episode of  Inside Amy Schumer while aboard “a luxury airship that never touches the ground for tax reasons.”

The "Same Old Love" singer appeared on the Down to Earth talk show which is totally the opposite of it title. In the sketch, the 23-year-old Disney star was singing on a band called Selena and the Schume-Tones which is an in-house band for the fictitious talk show.

Schumer tried to prove how "relatable" she is by saying that washes her own legs, that she is friends with Perez Hilton and she has mini dinosaur as a pet, MTV News reported.

Apart of being the co-starring of Schumer in the talk new sketch, Gomez was brutally mocked and insulted by the Trainwreck star.

“Look at you Miss Rosetta Stone. Look at how good your English has gotten. I love,” said Amy in the clip following performance of the show’s theme song.

Gomez responded saying, “I was born in Texas.” Many fans noted that the "Hands to Myself" singer's acting is similar to her character Alex Russo in the Disney Channel sitcom Wizards of Waverly Place.

In the end, Schumer said she will interview the Zeppelin’s pilot for a segment called Meet a Poor Person, Huffington Post reported. She then jumped off the airship despite Gomez suggesting to use a parachute. Schumer just told Selena, whom she called Selenya, to just shut up, saying, "I'm just like you."

To recall, the two appeared on the 2015 Glamour Women of the Year Awards in New York City both wearing red. They have also expressed their sweet admiration to each other in social media.

Last fall, Gomez replaced Jennifer Lawrence to present an award for Schumer during the Hollywood Film Awards. During the event, Gomez said that Schumer inspired her not to be too serious when she is depressed.

“You constantly made me feel I’m a badass even though most of the time I’m not. You say the things I wish I could say and you never ever make feel bad about anything I do in my personal life,” she said according to Idolator.
